and he brought "Willi" into our lives by bringing her to his brother to help him through a serious illness. We kept her for a time but "brother" was too ill to take care of her. and we were in love with her...now a few Belgium Griffons later we are still in love and have Daphne, who looks like V. He also INSISTED we take home our beloved Akita, Suki Bear a few years before...he picked her for us and she was my big baby...patiently waiting for the ends of my hot cereal every morning...would put her head under my arm if I took too long. Yes, he loved his dogs and knew just who they matched. S-I-L
